ORGANISATION OVERVIEW

HD Fire & Security Holdings was formed and commenced operations in 2001 and offers the expertise of professionals with combined industry experience spanning some three decades. Management Dylan Barry (MD), a qualified Electrical Technologist, oversees the daily management of the company and specializes in system designs, engineering, project management, marketing and sales.

We are proud of a staff compliment where more than 95% of the employees have been with the company since it was formed. This is testimony to the excellent working conditions and employee relationships maintained by the company. These long term employees are the back-bone of a successful company. In house staff consists of Project managers, Logistic managers, Senior and junior technicians, Artisans, Marketing, Sales and Administration.

In short, HD Fire & Security Holdings has the professional and technical skills plus the resources, managerial and project expertise to harness all disciplines required to organize, execute and control a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects.

Business Partners & Joint Ventures

HD Fire & Security Holdings also has a combination of professional services, ABE partnerships both in house and external in Electrical Engineering and Project Management. HD Fire & Security Holdings also supports the formation and involvement in joint venture schemes on a project to project basis, especially with PDI empowered businesses with a view to technical and management skills transfer. On large projects, we outsource 35% of the required labour force to PDI owned companies or local labour where applicable.
